why i cant upload an animated avatar, i see people that have animated avatars

As long as it is an animated GIF that falls within the size and width/height limitations, it should work :)

now when i upload an avatar within the limitations it says no animated avatars allowed :(

That's strange, because the default avatars have animation in them. I'll look into it ;)

I fixed the issue with members not being able to upload animated avatars. Everyone can import them without receiving an error now :)
