if you dont want an honest opinion then close your eyes. The site does not need to be in flash cuz the animations look sorta cheesy, and it looks like you made it in microsoft paint. Also if it's in flash why did you put a mediaplayer on your splash page and not your main page? At least put it on your main page so you dont have to launch a popup. Not to be a ****, but just being honest. It really looks like you made this in 3 minutes, i think you should take more time and make a layout in photoshop or something with at least some gradients or design. But this is just all in my opinion and who knows maybe im an orca whale.

I don't think it's all that bad, but considering your a musician you could get a much better "looking" site going, because those sites tend to stick out a lot on the web...just check out band sites, as you have posted, Jack Johnson, and OAR etc...even John Mayer had a good site a while back for the Room For Squares cd...just take some ideas from that and you could do a much better layout with some better effects to make it really stand out.
