oi, the work, the pain...

I have never been as busy as i was this past week. i had to write a chess program which i spent my entire weekend on finishing up. i worked on it all saturday till 3-4am, got up at 11 and worked on it till 45 minutes before it was due (5pm sunday). oh yeah, i have a 6-page paper due tomorrow, a couple long lab reports due this week, a major project/presentation this thursday, another paper (10-page) on friday, and physics homework which takes me too much time to do, all due this week, not to mention a couple small homeworks in history class.

college sucks!!!

except for the girls and booze, of course...:)

i had to write a chess program for c++. i found out today that half the people in my class didn't turn it in on time or at all. i almost didn't turn it in. :-\

yea, i stayed out of school 1 day and it feels like i have been out 4 days, im flooded with work to, give me the papers and i wil sign out of there, :P

i'm working on a chess program in Flash. So far I have the board (hey give me a break, I have been working on it for about 5 minutes!!)

Thor: Did you have to use AI? or is it just like a multiplayer game?

well, they wanted a multiplayer game for extra credit but with the time pressure, i didn't do it. as for AI, i asked them how much extra credit they would give me if i did make one since i've had some experience with AI, but then i realized how impossible it would be so i didn't.

and i would post the file but it actually reads from a pre-determined game which you can step through, which was the basic idea of the project.

...I feel you..... two philosophy assignments due (logic structure stuff which is oh so phun), a political sociology portfolio (about 20 pages), a bunch of really easy but time consuming UNIX assignments, plus I had a nasty case of the flu last week so I need to catch up on my reading from that..... oh and as I started writing this post I got the hic-ups.... anyone know a cure that actually works?? I hate them more than anything... I am reminded of the simpson's with the guy holding the world record for hic-ups: "Hic!... kill me. Hic!... kill me" :P
