to be quite honest with you...I'm not a big fan of it. For me, I don't like the colors...it seems like they clash...they don't match very well. I don't like where the navigation is at all. I looked all over the page to find it but couldn't until I looked in the bottom right corner. Not a good place. The text is too dark too...too hard to see. Dark text on a dark back ground...no...:(

Actually the colors worked for me. Getting back to the section navigation for the works wasn't that intuitive. Perhaps bringing them out on a rollover would resolve that. It seemed quite appropriate for the type of site it is. I would say that the music re-loading on each section was a little irritating, especially with no way to turn it off. Personally I'd say drop the music, the site stands without it. If you really want sound put in a subtle button sound.

where do i turn off the music?! i felt like i was going into the congo or something?? its an alright layout, mabye have a splash page with the differnet links in the coloured boxes that u have at the top right, then make the individual pages on the top rihgt where the colours are, use that for nav with a roll over effect on each one?? like a bubble or something

Your works are good, nice idea but the text is very hard to read, just make the navigations even more visible and all would be set.

my critique is more one of functionality than design, would it not be a nice thing to add that when the user clicks on a sketch etc in the work section to see a bigger version of it?? at the moment the pics are quite small.
