other than that please let them rip

It looks good for a start, but I have three suggestions:
The orange background looks very cheesy. Try changing it to something like a solid pastel yellow.
The background on the content area also looks cheesy. Try making it a solid color, too.
The logo looks… well… silly. Try something else, and use less bevels.
The interactivity is very nice though, and it's well on it's way to a great site :thumb:

Once you zoom in, then attempt to zoom out, I cannot return back to the original viewing state.

I think you should work on the bottom menu...:)

nice. for some reason I was trying to click and drag the section boxes around. that wouldve been a nice touch, then when it retracts to take its current position and goto bottom center. also, under 'services' you have "Custom Contant Management Services." is that suppose to be "Contact" or "Content?" overall looks good though.

fixed the contact form... labels...
All points have been taken into consideration this is just a draft version... how does everyone else feel about the color scheme???
thebloodpoolkid... where exactly are you having the problem with the resizing not functioning and what browser are you using? it works fine in firefox 1.5
sk00b... I'll look into adding drag around and close buttons instead of easing transitions fixed the typo should have been "content"

btw - do you move the images and content text seperately? It seems that there is a slight delay with text.
If this is the case then i suggest that you put your contents and images in the same movieclips and you move this one.

Also notice when in the Contact section you can change the Your Name, E-mail and Message. Not the fields, but the actual text.
Try clicking it and press backspace and you'll see that it'll disappear.
No big problem, just a little detail.
//Edit: Sorry didn't refresh. Was already noticed. My bad.

The color scheme makes me think about some monstertruck race or something like Hotwheels.
Off course it depends what kind of websites you usually put together but when you are creating anything else than a monstertruck website it would probably be a little bit inappropriate.
I like the simple but nice transitions between your sections. :)

When I right click on the interface that contains the content and in the flash menu select Zoom in,the view is then Zoomed in. The footer that contains the nav and other content is no longer visible. When I right click and select Zoom out, I am zoomed out but still unable to view the bottom content.
Currently I am view the site using IE 6.0

thebloodpoolkid... I'll look into that I've never used zoom or bothered to check it The resize function should fix that unless I'm mistaken... I'll check it out...
RobinK... I'm toying with norkevs suggestion on colors and removing the photos I think it will be a little plain without them though... I'm debating
as far as the text delay in motion they are the same MC and I noticed this I think its probably the fact that the text isn't aliased and its only moving on whole pixels not inbetween like the background

I'm not fond of the colors. Try going for pastels, with fewer gradients (as in, lots of big solid colors. Also, fewer borders.

I agree with Nokrev about the same points, the layout is nice & nifty with the transitions, its just your graphics, the background orange colour needs to be a much cleaner orange, it looks a bit too dirty.
the logo or bevaled text in the bottom right, is well yukky, its like 2003ish, the fonts need to be fixed along with the photographic images as backgrounds oh & one more, fix the drop shadow by making it a bit less opac, its to dark on the bg, :thumb:

by the way I still have to center the preloader and find a way to validate the form input on the email form (any one know of a good process to validate form input with actionscript???) I also wonder if anyone knows how to set a minimum size to resize to??? without alot of messy code?

the only gradient is in the menubar/buttons, the buttons in the contact area are going to be changed but those are the only grads I have
