Me and my friend is starting this new company called darkshadow and I need someone with photoshop experience, someone who can make layouts and wallpaper etc.
Now their is nonprofitable but soon over time we are going to make money.
I need someone with atleast two years of photohsop experience.

Can you register a company as a minor? Is nonprofitable a word?

No you can't. I don't think you even can with a parent signature. The best you can do is have it in your parents name and do everything yourself, I think.

There's really no reason to register as a company. I've done plenty of freelance work without ever having to. Just get checks written to you, not a company and it's no big deal.

Yeah… It's perfectly fine to do it as a minor, too. There are certain number of hours you can work a week, but as long as you're not working hourly, I don't think that should be a problem.

I've worked as a minor, freelancing without any problems.
