i'm not 100% sure but i think he means flash drawings.

a vector shape is a shape that is plotted via points and curves using alot of math.. It can scale endlessly without distortion. Adobe Illustrator is a good example of a vector program

on the other hand is raster, which is an image of shape made up of a bitmap, or individual pixels. Photoshop is a raster program.

if you have adobe illustrator, create a vector shape, and save the file as shape.ai

then, in Swift3d choose file.... import, and choose shape.ai

that should do it!! by the way, Invader Zim Rules!!!
