That's funny, at first I didn't know if your name was Justin Hale or Just Inhale :P
I like the style you got going on there, really nice. Took a while to load, but everything seemed to be in place already even while still loading. Nice work :)

I almost missed it, all I saw first was a black screen with a logo... NO SIGN TO SCROLL.

Good Art Direction. My focus was the Driving Awareness Poster, I liked the concept.

:: You still have your old website online?

work is good but the site just takes too long to load it detracts from all your work.

I think you may may need to re-think how you disply your work its just too long loading :(

Eh, I'd hardly agree. It loaded fairly quickly on my computer...

You might try putting a small flash file in the middle of the initial black screen that simulates a preloader, so that people have something to look at (however fake ;)) and then display the scroll-down arrow.

I think the lengthy design is a really good way to get people to keep scrolling and keep looking at all your work. It's a new take on the old-school :). Your content is good enough that you can get away with it.

Great work!! :red:

These 2 always mix amazingly good.

Just keep it up.

I disagree with the majority. I think the concept is wonderful. Who cares if the site is not as amazing as the work is, after all, it seems apparent to me that your forte is graphic design and photography and not web design. PLUS, I really liked the concept. Once it was loaded it was very easy to view all your work.

Who says that you have to have some quirky buttons flying around, or 3d art, or 10 second long transitions just for a site to be cool, or have "wow" factor. In fact this had quite a lot of wow factor for me, 'cause I guarantee you I won't forget it. But as for media temple sites go - (sorry all you MT fans) I can't remember one from the other.
But hey, diffrent strokes fer diffrent folks.

Keep up the good work.

As for critiques: The arrow didnt load right away and I was a little confused about what I should do, but intrigued enough to hang around and figure it out. Somehow make sure that the arrow loads first, or maybe have a link with an anchor taking you down. That could be all you need...

I agree with tedc
Your site's flow is unique and intriguing, don't ever think of changing the flow
