Plz help

I have a motion bar that I want to stop at frame 25. I dont want it to repeat itself, over and over. once the page is up it does it movement to a certain spot <frame 25> I want it to stop. can you help thx:) :rd:

at frame 25 insert a keyframe, right click on it, select actions. A window will pop up. insert the code stop(); in the right frame or on your left open "actions", "movie control" and double click stop.
