How do you put GIFS into a Photoshop picture?

Ive seen it done before..

That's how I do it a school, but I don't use it that often. There is probably an import option somewhere in the file menu.

? the animated gif obviously will not animate in photoshop, it can in image ready or if you put your photoshop file and animated gif file in flash then that could work, by just putting the animated gif in photoshop you will not see the animation.

Animated .gifs only work on webpages...Photoshop is a graphic editing software, so it's going to only edit one image at a time. You can import your animated .gif into ImageReady and edit each frame of the animated .gif.
