just started some web design, got inspired after I took a course this past year in web graphics... fooled around in photoshop/doing lots of tutorials all over the place finally came up with something i liked, but im not really sure where to go from here... I want to add more flash like page transitions, its kind of sloppy right now cause I just wanted to get it put together and see what it would look like on the web... not sure what kind of page it is just kinda everything mixed together

Anything good/bad let me know so I can work on it be as hard as you have to :cool:

If you insist on having an MP3 player on your site, you should skin it so it looks like part of the site....same goes for the scroll bars. As for the design of the site....it's a good start....but still could be pushed much more!

yea i have been trying to do some skinning but im using flash 8 and I cant figure out how to do it, all these tutorials and i still cant do it... whats up now is what i made yesterday...

i would make the nav flash, and the rest in html. if you cant do that, they choose a better pixel font, its pretty small.

yea i have been trying the html and other ways to get this page up, i just wanted to get it up so i could see what i needed to work on thanks

Got the content up in HTML, in IE the navbar doesnt show up for me though, firefox works fine... what could that be? I enabled activex and clicked allow when that bar came up...

also if I used a bunch of tables to make the content box, how would I link the navbar buttons to the table, never used tables before =P

**also is there anyway to add a scrollbar to the table with the text? I have tried a couple codes off of a few sites but none of them give me scrollbars, just knock all my other images out of whack...
