what we are looking for in:
DESIGNER: ofcourse knowledge of flash. someone who hates static websites, keeps him/herself updated with the latest international design style. carving to use new navaigation concept. typographically correct. And ready to work with young talented bunch. hates cubicals.
WEB DEVELOPER: flash action script intermediate level. knowledge of PHP,mySQL, flash database driven website will be an added advantage
