Battle: Windows XP Theme

Let's try a Windows XP Style / Theme battle. You make your own skin, and basically just have to make a desktop. Just like the desktop screen shots from the montly desktop's thread. You don't have to do anything with any extra programs if you don't want to, just the overall look of it.

There are only two rules:
