Not too bad. I think there is ALOT of text in that little window. It's a bit daunting for a user to look at. Usability studies show that the majority of users don't ready any more than a paragraph on the web. But the site is pretty good.

I think the intro is extremely longgggggggggggggg and slowww....

Think about it, if you are the visitor, would you sit here and watch the entire intro? Normally people will spend 15-25sec on the intro unless your intro is SUPER exciting. Visitor will close your intro before your last message to show up.

I think you shouldn't confine the text at the bottom to a scrollbar area. Have you checked it in 800x600? If not I suggest you do.

I think its good. The intro is fine (but a little long). Now, I undersrtand you wanted save file size using photos with a regular resolution, but some of them are putting out of order your design. Try to improve your photos for the next try.
