Pixel programs

I'm wondering if anyone could recommend any pixel programs like Pro Motion and ProPixel 2D to me? I'd prefer if it's a freeware program, but shareware is fine too. :sailor: Thanks in advance!

I know about Paint, but that doesn't have everything I'd like to see in a pixel program.

Thanks, senocular. I have Photoshop, PSP and MS Paint but does anyone know if there's a grid in Paint.NET? Would make life much easier ^_^ I've heard of those programs though.

I would just recommend you the Adobe Photoshop or MS paint

i just use photoshop myself. You can always make those ruler lines if you need to keep things strait.
