the pic is way too dark, and so is the whole site. It's rather
boring and drab. Not enough color. The orange is really not a
good choice for the mouseovers.

I think it's way too small as well. You should really expand it
some.

The top font for the site's title should be changed to something
more elegant, and not so common of one.

I think it's an ok start, but has a lot of work left to do.

Is there a reason to use flash for this? I also think you need some type of logo.
