Here's all my ideas first Joke threads second a we need translator for people who don't speak english and maybe make a whole section putting all the rules of kirupa and name it Like Rules for Random etc.:D

Well, If you are willing to translate every post to read it you can use other translator, I don't think that is a priority. I am Peruvian, speak spanish and write in english without translations... It's all about learning. Also, I think there are rules for posting somewhere.

No, translation of all post is a bad idea. Its better to brush up your language skills than get a bad "machine" translation...
