Background image link

Hi all,
Ive setup a site which has an email link on a background image.

Is there anyway of creating a 'hotspot' by using x and y co-ordinates or something simular so I can link the email address?

If you use dreamweaver they have a hotspot tool that allows you to do it. I even believe that adobe imageready does it for you too.
