you've improved over the last version I saw. I have a few suggestions (bear in mind they are only suggestions):

* Don't change the size of the text significantly when you roll the mouse over. Try another effect, changing the size of the text makes it look a little un-professional.
* Clean up your images, the black sillouettes have white pixels that makes the image look "unclean".
* I'd go for a different font, it looks a bit blocky, and perhaps size it down. Larger text is usually only for emphasis.
*Try boosting your frame rate a bit as well. A faster frame rate will give the appearance of smoother animations. Television is at 24fps.

Nice.

Just some things for consideration:

- you might want to change the font used in the splash-page and in the lyrics section to a sans-serif font.

- the grey font in the menu is a bit hard to read against that red background

- I agree with ironikart about the change in size when you mouse over a menu item. The change is a bit too much I think. Also I think it would look nicer if on mouseout the chnage back to the original size would be gradual as well (like you have on mouseover)

- after clicking one of the links to listen to a song there should be a preloader indicating loading progress.

Other than that, keep up the good work.

And o yeah, nice music!

i like it, and agree with all the above suggestions...

you may want to add a little more detail to the background of your flash movie, something to catch the users eye and not make it so plain-looking. other than that, nice job!
