thanks from the comments...hopefully i'll be getting better each time i attempt animation in Flash. This was my second attempt..it's a lot better than my first attempt so i hope my third attempt will be GOOD! hehe.

I like it, short and sweet, whys it in a quicktime file? Is this Aftereffects and not flash?

@Theros: it's Quicktime as I created each scene in Flash and then added transitions and stitched it up in iMovie HD. Also I find Quicktime being a lot more reliable on more machines than Flash Player (no risk of slow down or it being out of synch).
