Wow that's a really nice site! Nice organization and the photographs are fantastic!

It's kind of redundant to tell people that they need Flash when part of your splash page is Flash ;).

Other than the blandness of the site, I ike it a lot. And the photography is great.

The flash is well executed and smooth. I would not worry about the blandness, most photographers I work with hate to have anything detract from their work. So the 'blandness' is in fact ideal for the site. In other words, it really works.

The button you have to press to enter the site (the same as the 'menu' button) is very, very similar to the logo of a nowegian tv-channel for students. Not that it matters, but it's really similar:)

thanks for the comments.
As Rkirby says the "blandness" is quite intentional. We wanted the pictures to be the most important thing and not the site itself.
It was also important that the intropics, photos, captions, the clientlist and the client logos could be updated using XMLs so i wouldn't have to support everything.
...i hate it but now i have to sue norwegian TV their pants off ;)

As said.. bland, but you can have a bland site that still looks great, yours looks okay. For example using a plain white box as the background, with a drop shadow, that forms to the image selected.
But I'd have to say the best part of the site is the photography.. one section in peticular ;)
I'd agree with TheCanadian too, I hate that.. and if you are going to use Flash as the splash saying you require Flash, publish it in Flash v3 or something. But your sites fine, the part saying Flash is required is in HTML.
