Web designer needed to build band websites

Web designer needed for music industry project, http://www.bandzoogle.com

Our ideal candidate:
- is an expert in photoshop
- is an expert in CSS
- is an expert in Flash (design)
- can hand code clean HTML and cross-browser CSS
- knows the difference between screamo and pop punk

Bonus points for Actionscript knowledge or a portfolio that includes band websites.
