bending text ?

hello, for a little flash intro i have the name of the firm. its international. i want the name to appear, dance around or whatever, but most importantly i would love to know how to make the word appear and then twist around an image of a globe, and then finally rest on the globe, wrapped around it.

how might i wrap this text ?

mm it's a bit tricky if you're only using flash... there's a variety of plugins that work with text effects in flash, but they all cost money (as far as i know).

there's always the potential to manually tween each letter, but that'd require lots of patience, time, skill and repetive stuff. Also, if you then decided you wanted to change ANYTHING it'd be mega-annoying.

you haven't really chosen the easiest thing :P things like dancing, shaking etc are a lot easier because you can just break all the letters apart and do some little stuff to each letter, but when it's accurate, technical manipulation it gets a lot harder.
