I am desperatly searching for tutorials on drawing anime/manga/fusion style children(6-10 years old) . I mainly need figure drawing tutorials. I am trying to avoid th chibi or super deformed style. I am looking for the more detailed styles. I am also looking for the manga/fusion/super deformed style Animal tutorials (specifically dogs).

is always a good start. Their books are pretty in-depth for beginners too, but obviously you have to buy them so a lot of people don't want to.

oh yeah, they are great! I have some but they don't seem to cover much about kids and animals. Thanks though!

You don't need tutorials.. just study a few photos of kids. Photolibraries are a great source. You'll notice that their heads are larger in proportion, and their limbs a little chubbier. Noses are always upturned and small, lips are thicker; cheeks more rounded, foreheads slightly larger in proportion.

Don't go any bigger on the eyes, though, as Manga eyes are already huge and childlike.

As for dogs.. dunno
