There isn't much to comment on. There is no content.
The layout itself seems pretty boring in my opinion.
Also, your mid frame takes up alot of room. Especially on my 22" monitor, it covers around 80% of my width.
I guess if you have a whole lot of content to put up it's ok, other than that - you can tone down the size a bit.
I don't like those blue gel buttons either. (especially on the blue bg color)...

I doubt that most people may be able to comment much on your site. Add some content first (graphics,text,etc) Then you can do a site check again. =)

it is there only to check the layout.. not content.
the mid frame i supose you mean the main on . yes it 's the main one so it will take allot of place , all the information will be there so , it gots to have place..
what other color do you suggest for the buttons( thinkin now i see that maybe white will be better!)
