Hello... I've seen a site which has this effect that looks like the effect from the RING... I was wondering how can you add this effect to a movie from flash... here's the link http://clients.metacatalyst.org/cepalco ... I was hoping someone could tell me or a tutorial something in adding that Tv interference effect... im a newbie in this...:+)

it's probably done with the BadTV plugin in the Tinderbox 3 package.

you could do something similar with some noise layers and a nicely animated distortion on top of that.

well guess what.. i made a tutorial for you.
it's my very first tutorial ever so don't expect too much.. :)

i made the example in like 5 minutes so you can probably get a better result with some tweaking.
