im frm singapore .. and the superstar thingy (tv show competition ) has been very popular .. many fan clubs were set up .. in their site they have photos like that .. i was just wondering is this possible to be one in photoshop .. and if it is .. how to ??

That was absolutley done in Photoshop, and there really is nothing to that if you understand photoshop, just color effects and blend modes; filters and brushes.

All pretty standard Photoshop stuff.
