I am trying to find tutorials to help me create retro pin-up and pulp art. I don't know what mediums were used to create this style of work, the types of materials, techniques etc...
Anyone know how this style is achieved or where I could find tutorials?

I remember a tutorial in Computer Arts about this, I've found the online version available for download here.
http://www.computerarts.co.uk/tutorials/2d__and__photoshop/age_your_images
But I think if I remember the tutorial doesn't deal with the actual creation of the the image, which is hand painted I think. I don't think there's any computer generated answer for good hand painting talent really. The orginal images you show were certainly painted, so thus you could try painter/photoshop, but it still requires a high level of skill.
