Can anyone point me to a tutorial as I've seen what I thought was a simple line/stoke/brush effect on numerous web sites but have no idea how to achieve it. It basically appears as though it is a simple wavy line drawn with an artists brush as it starts with a point and also ends with one giving the effect of a thin half moon/curved lline but faded out at each end point.

Hope this makes some sense....

i'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but is it someting to do with a very natural-lookign stroke, with varying width and stuff? because if so, they've probably used a tablet input device with variable pressure, so the strokes can be controlled to a great degree...

but dunno if that's at all what you're talking about.
