don't know why but the main image takes so long to load, even on broadband and the image is 70k ?? why ?? and site is a bit over 1mb and also takes way long to load. Do I need to get larger bandwidth from godaddy.com ? i've seen 2mb sites load faster on my connection. Well here it is anyways:

Audio intensive site...some things are fun, and some things are very annoying...but overall I think you did just what the client was probably looking for, so kudos on that. Very "burton esk"...which I think is what you were going for back when you posted the splash page for critique a while back. Good job.

Jeez dude your site is 1Mb -- Split the swfs and use load movie, load sounds and load images - Kool idea though, just lose the bloody "boing" on everything, maybe a more sublte short sound

yes it is 1mb - it's designed for broadband which loads pretty fast.

Even if it does load on a broadband, tons of people are using DSL lately due to prices, so you might re-think that one. The annoying sounds I would just limit to a few buttons here and there, not everyone stinkin one ;) ... that way we don't cringe every time we go to click on something after we have already heard it 3 times before. Kudos once again. :thumb2:

DSL is broadband ;) it loads pretty quick on DSL at least at my parent's DSL it does. It's not the same sound used on any button in the site.. it's the same sound on the object when they disappear/appear.. i'm getting some new sounds so when each page loads they will be different. Plus now the blog button has a guys voice and the giraffe will say "haha" thx for the tips

nicely done animations! nice style. i don't really like the "boings" either but it's kinda what i'd expect for a funny radio guy. the loads quickly for me (cable).
my only suggestion would be to make the giraffe at the start come up automatically, instead when you click the "ha ha" button, and maybe may the signpost navigation should do something on mouseover (more sounds perhaps?) it seems like the three buttons on the right are more appealing to click on and two of them lead to external sites. well done! :thumb:
