loading a weather feed

Is is possible, and if so, how do I load an HTML page into a movie clip or dynamic window?

I have a html document, which generates a gif image of current weather conditions.

How would I "grab" this image (West_Monroe.gif) and pull it into Flash.

I'm using Flash MX.

any suggestions?

Can't load ("grab") gifs into MX, only jpg..too bad.
