moving menus without flash help plz

hi i need to make a moving menu like this

+Stuff

then when you click on home it goes like

-crazy
-football
-cars

and about and stuff disappear...
i have seen it done but is it possiable with buttons ... ??? ne tuts on it?

it has the subs on that website but it doesnt show how to start with out subs and get subs
