http://www.ozzu.com/ and http://www.pixelex.com/ integrate something called 'mod-rewrite' in their .htaccess file that converts their PHP files to HTML files which makes indexing better. It would probably work the same with ASP.

I don't know much about it, just that it's called mod-rewrite...lol... but here is the Apache documentation of it...
