OK, so I just got the Adobe CS 2, and I love Illustrator. Some of my stuff is here (http://www.freewebs.com/skatesims/illustrator.htm).

But there are some things that make me so mad! I sit at the computer for like an hour trying to figure out how to do something stupid!

First, I have the Apple Mighty Mouse, and side-scrolling doesn't work. (but it works in Photoshop)
Second, when my document is like 500x500, the scroll bar is really tiny and I can scroll up like a million pixels. It's annoying because any minor touch of the scroll ball makes it scroll really far.

I know they're not big problems, but they drive me nuts every time I use Illustrator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

wow, i hadn't noticed that about the second point... theres a LOT of blank space around, huh?

i never seem to use the scroll bar though, so it doesn't affect me. Why don't you just use the hand tool for panning around your document?

Yea. hold down the space bar and drag to whatever you want. Im not on a mac so i cant comment on the might mouse, but I never use illustrators scroll bars.

Cheers
