Nice, Probably HTML? Looks complicated to do in Flash.. I like the colors and the layout clean and crisp

It will be a web site with dynamic content. Unfortunately my flash knowledge not enough to build dynamic content web sites with flash. I'll make the pages with ASP.
Thanks for commenting.

Good corporate feel...don't know if you need rounded corners.

Dont like it at all, for the professional side of things it is okay I guess, too much blue for me, the drop shadow is crap & the header image needs to be changed,

i like it for the most part. but there's one thing i would definitely fix. if you look to the left side where the navigation's at, you'll see 4 horizontal bars:
1 - nav
2 - white (username i think)
3 - light blue (date i think)
4 - poll
the problem is that all 4 are basically the same height. it's confusing to look at in the sense that each look like a subsection of the one above it. if 3 really is the date, i would get rid of that because everyone already has the date/time available to them in their taskbar. having the date on a website doesn't add any value.
the other thing i would change is having the logo behind the middle section. if you did it to visually separate that section, i might try a very light grey background or something rather than the logo.

I like it as well mostly :thumb:
However, I think you can do away with the rounded corners and the shadow/gradient on the bottom of the nav.

I agree the the drop shadow gradients need some tightening, especially if you're going for that clean corporate aesthetic. The whole page looks a little blurry in some aspects because of them.
The header is also taking up a bit to much otherwise usable space... I'd make that a little tighter too.
Other than that, good and solid. Good luck.

I made some modifications;
Modified Layout (http://www.digi-designs.net/dirim_layout_eng.png)
Added the outer view of medical center,
Removed the glow and blue header bars for sub-content headers,
Removed date ;)
Made the layout in English for better understanding of layout,
Used pixelfonts for top menu items,
TIA for comments

2nd one is bangin. i'd get rid of the photo in the header though - makes the place look like a car/truck rental company.

I like the layout but maybe mixing with some colors like orange would help to let the eyes move easier on the page. nice work.
