This is for an interior/exterior design company. After 1 day of designing I'm left with these. Obviously the pics won't be these, these are just to fill content, taken from google and sxc.hu.
Anyway..as Im not sure of either of them, I need some oppinions and critiques please.

I think with some work with the last one, it could be very awesome! I really like it so far.
I think you could do without the gradient on the black box (the section on the right), where it connects to the white box with the logo.
The second is almost as good, and first I like the least.

I like the last one but something seems off about the white box with the logo and the text. Also the nav seems off because of the spacing. For one us and about seem like two different sections. It seems a bit empty in some places, maybe below the portfolio scroller have a description of the pictures above or something.

thanks j_polo9, i'll work on the white space and the nav..it does seem a bit empty to me too.

It's ten times better now. I really like it a lot :thumb:
Perhaps you should make the logo a bit bigger, I can read the smaller text.

Even better :thumb:
The text on the nav and description on that one seem to have anti-aliasing problems.

thanks:)
yes it does have some problem with anti-aliasing, but since it's a sketch in photoshop for the time being, i tried none, sharp, crisp etc..nothing seems to make it better. Hopefully I can make it look better in flash (and I guess I need to start designing my layouts in Illustrator).

well the only thing that I would change is the size of the logo.

I am diggin the last one, except for the scrolling pictures...I'm just not a fanof scrolling content, but other than that, I'd still go with it!

Thanks BoonDock
The client requested the scrolling pictures thing, so I can't do much about it.
