ello all

heres a screenshot for a TVC im working on, for a ficticious eyewear company called 'avenir' (french for something, cant remember what). Basically tackling the issue of becoming complacent in middle age, and avoiding the fact that 1 in 5 will develop a vision condition etc...

Starts off with a kid in the photo frame, then rolls like a poker machine to an older version, till the photo is of him in middle age (tryin to draw a parallel, that we shouldn't push our luck but instead invest in our 'foresight')

I know the frame shine/internal shadow is a bit hack but... eh...

comments?

the text doesn't seem to pop. i would highlite "1 in 5", "vision loss", and "age of 40" somehow.

good idea man, ill see how it turns out. i just didn't want to clutter it with too many devices originally, which is why its fairly bland (theres also a voice over, saying something different that coorelates to the text)

Avenir means 'future' by the way :)

i like it - but i would make the font larger, do what bwh2 suggested and shift it more to the upper right, having the words slide in individually at slightly different speeds simultaneously...

just with the font small, feels like there is too much negative space

:) can't wait to see what's next

looks cool but a bit fake. also don't get how you turn it into an animated commercial. Nice start though.
