FS Command issue

I have a demo flash projector project i am working on. For some reason, the client has about 20 or so lotus presentations that the wish to run externally. I need flash to open the specific lotus presentation through the demo. Here are the source files:

I tried using some info from this site as well but no success.

use fsCommand and the .bat file. I m not sure if u can launch from site.
maybe copy it to the cd and lasunch rom htere.
And for using that i hope u know htat u have to put hte files in a folder called fscommand
