and
www.investmentscentral.com
websites, and
in validation of copyright laws and didn't pay to Getty Images.com
for the Images used on those web sites in the collages, as well as
illegally using my whole design and logo, witch is my intellectual
property and was stolen from original resources and deleted my name
from the code and didn't pay for my designing work:

If you have the source files, or any other way you can prove it, then you need to put them on a disc as proof, and then contact the authorities. What he did sounds like a scumbag thing to do, and if you can make him pay for it, i suggest you do it. All you need is the source files, which you should have, and he should not. Sting this fool, and get your money from him...

i agree with Majeye, that sounds like the right way to go. i had somethign like that happen to me a while ago, i was really (&*^*( pissed off. unfortunatly i did nothign about it. You should and good luck hoe you give it to the *****hole.

How exactly did he steal it? did you foolishly upload the whole site for him to see before the payment? I always ask my clients to pay for half once I have half of it done. I then show previews of the site to see if they like it or not. I make sure there is nothing they can steal. Then, I only upload the final version once a snapshot of it has been previewed and completely paid for.
