Need help on Weblog programs recommendations

Hi. I need some recommendations on a Weblog program. What I am looking for is something like blogger.com where visitors can create their own account and setup their weblog instantly. The weblog preferably be running using mysql and php.

Does anyone of you know of any programs out there can perform these tasks? I am looking for some chargeable programs so as support will be provided.

i think vbulletin has an add on where each user can have their own webpage that has a blog type thing on it. I use wordpress but im not sure if you can set it up for each user to be able to have their own section.

You could use MAMBO. There are some components that allow you to do what you want... But it's a bit of a heavy weight for what you want.

I'd go with either movable type (commercial - www.movabletype.com) or Serendipity (Free! - www.s9y.org).
I've been using the latter for about a year and I've been very happy with it. It's very customizable and the forums on their homepage gives great support.
