hehe, just use paint.. simple cut and paste and make a REALLY ugly design.. Basically a easy way to do it is set ur alarm clock at 4 o clock in the morning. THEN, DONT shower or drink any caffiene, then attempt to make a website. INSTANT UGLYNESSS!!!!!! :azn:

yeah anyone can do one - simply open up photoshop and use every filter available, also make sure that you cut out badly any images you need.

remember to over use filters - why not try plastic wrap - that would be good - not seen that yet
