Any animators artists wanted to join free project!

Hello there. Right now me and my small crew of friends are working on a few series of animations of many different genres. Yes this is free work, but it is for no benifit, just a love of animation by me and friends. We are looking for artists for character design, Colour compositors (to colour up frames) background artists, sound people, really- who ever would like to do some fun free work. Now to all those people out there who hate free work, please do not post any negative comments because they just make the situation negative. :D

Right now we are working on Johnny the homicidal maniac (reproducing the comic book in flash)

I myself am a 2d animator who enjoys animating -duhh :D


well if your up to it go ahead post your details as to what you want to do and what kinda work you are capable of. Everyone is welcome

Here is a sample of a simple story brief that a friend made. Obvioulsy it is in its early beginnings. This project I am posting is just a simple one. We will go into more elborate animation when we begin working on Johnny the Homicidal manic.

Have a little read and tell us what you could add to the story (plots and stuff) and what you will do.

Have you any examples of artwork genre's you'd like to see. The synopsis/characters sounds quite dark, any favourite artists/styles as a guide etc?

I am still looking for a crew to help me out- it's a new project- yeah for portfolio work.

There will be no dialogue- just a soundtrack with music.

I'm reproducing a gothamcity/sin city look with some hot street-fighting and car chases!
