So far so good, but the image at the top has horizontal bands going across it, maybe if you saved it has a JPG instead of a GIF then it would get rid of those bands.

Electrongeek, whenever I save as JPEG on my comp the text in the image comes out all blurry. What settings should I use when saving the JPEG in Photoshop? Maybe I am saving it wrong, heh.

When you're saving it as a JPG, make sure the quality setting is set to atleast 60 for the best results.

When you're saving for web, you should see the quality slider on you're right.
