I was playing with flash and I was trying to do something good,

Well, there isn't much to it, so I will help what I can. I'm not a fan of green.. and you used it with black, (the text) so it doesn't look good. imo.

I like the focal image.. that's cool. and the area for the content is good, the scrollbar and such. but I think it should be a bit bigger, unless you are planning to put some other image or something in that area.

not a huge fan of the bottom changing colors and stuff when you click the links. you should try and have consistancy. also, instad of the > and < arrows, why not just have the text of the sections? Instead of having people guess what page they are looking at.

why not just add a bar to the bottom of the thing, and make it a solid green color, light.. and add the buttons there?

i agree with RV, the next/forward button just look boring and standard, try make something more special, and maybe spread them out...
