It's okay. It looks like a standard portal site. I think the top banner with the guy and the logo is really empty looking. There alot of wasted space there...that's some valuable real estate that could be used.

Like slinky said, it does look like something else... But, its very graphic instense for a regular HTML site, but that being said most nowadays are anyhow... Also, Maybe put your logo in that blank space in the center of the flash title

the guy looks cheesy and the black nav not right.

i would imagine that this company would be trying to portray a more stylish image. the vector guy shouts out cheap plonk to me!!

change these and the site will work well. in my opinion!!
