i think it looks pretty corporate, so that's good. i think it's also important for you to assess how it fits in with your company's overall site and corporate culture. as long as you think it's appropriate, i think the design is good.

The site is nice, I like it its like said Pro looking! good job

small things like
the search Go button cud be maybe rectangle and its color is light green "like in site" and font color of the Go is white, should fit more.

thats it, but from an image I cannot give you more than this.

and this site is talking about family fund, why is the text in the content so small to read, I mean many (old) men cannot read that well, maybe you should think more of the font size/style so all people can read it.

Unfortunately, I can't change the search bar or the "go" button, it's part of a globalized navigation within our Intranet here at work :( I've been fighting to get that changed!!!

I'll increase the size of the text in the content a little bit, I tend to usually make my text a little smaller than I should ;)
