hello, everyone! i´m new here. in this forum, and my english is very poor, so...
i´m just looking for the pixel art and i like it a lot. can anybody say to me how can i get that kind of drawings? because i´m trying bau i don´t get it...it is phptpshop better or paint?
please...
i´ve looked for the tutorial call "pixel art lines" but i don´tn understand when it says "in pixel art the main roul is "2 over, one up"

is phptpshop better or paint? it totally depends on you, and what you feel comfertable with. but if i were you, i'd use something better like photoshop or fireworks, because paint doesn't have a very good zooming capability. :)

I would suggest using Photoshop too. You can zoom in really close.

And on the tutorial you read that said two over one up...they're talking about making diagonal lines. Basically, in Photoshop, select your pencil tool, make the brush size a 1, zoom in as closely as possibly, then click once on the canvas and you'll see a little square come up, that's one pixel, then click another pixel next to that one. That equals two over. Then, for the one up, for example, click your mouse to make a pixel so the top right of the two over pixels and the bottom left of the one up pixel touch.
