Hi there!

Itīs my first time here (Iīve been wandering around for a while, but thatīs my first thread!) and I just like to thank you all for the posts! Only God knows how this saved my life! hehehehehe.

Anyway, I want you to take a look at this site www.vitormeira.com (http://www.vitormeira.com) (my last one on-line) and make your critiques. Just some rules:

1- Do not be sweet;
2- Do not measure your words;
3- Do not insult my mother!

Hope you all enjoy!

Cheers.

First, welcome to Kirupa :)
Second, how dare you post a ugly site like that!!

jk :)

Actually, that is one of the slickest sites I have seen in a while. I browsed all the sections and couldnt find any bugs. Design wise it is very easy to navigate.
Over all I give it a 9/10. Excellent work ! :thumb:

edit: Found a bug. The bottom right links are broken.

Also, I luv the logo. Very simple and I recongnized it was a helmet right off.
The more I look at the site, the more I am impresed. :)

great site. I would recommend an easing scroller for the text.

i think its a great site, the items below are just my thoughts as i visited - just take them as suggestions and they aren't meant to be harsh in any way

when the video is done playing the word "welcome doesn't fade out completely"

i like how you used yellow, and i enjoy the paint strokes as a transistion

i would try to get the sound at a slightly higher quality it would be extremely tight, but it definetly has that "web" warble sound to it - try to pull off a few moe Hz out of the mp3 compression

"official website of..." try to get it just a tad bit clearer. actually that whole logo, name, and official website stuff needs to be a little clearer and needs the "jaggies" on the edges tightened up

the gallery palm tree photo doesnt match the resolution quality of the rest of the website

i enjoy the website layout, and the navigation feels like "pole position" with how you have it numbered and laid out - fits the racing theme well.

victor's website is on the air text is a darker yellow than the "and there's more to come!" text - was this intentional?

the link to your design company comes back with "invalid host name"

good job overall, again just my thoughts while viewing - keep it up! :)

(serious about the music, i left the browser open just to listen to it, just squeeze a bit more quality out of the file :D )

Ha ha rhamej, you fooled me. That's a great looking site. Only thing I can finds is that there is no back button for the music player.

Thank you all for the comments! I didn't spect it was so fast!

Anyway, thanks prstudio for the tips. I did increase the quality of the intro sound (not the inside loops), and made the text (official web site) bolder to make it appear better. The color of the text in the news area is exactly the same of the body of the text, but Flash just messed up with it. Maybe I have to find another way to fix this... or not. In fact, regarding that, all I'm going to do is take that lesson for my next projects (Do not use lighter fonts with small sizes in most digital projects).

I'm really happy with the replies! Keep replying!:)
