Design should include interesting original illustration, animation & sound/music take up the whole browser window, and be desirable to a design conscious consumer demographic.
Designer must have strong sense of design and thier own original style. Final delivery of designs need to be delivered in html (including, jpgs, Flash, etc.)
If interested, please provide links to samples of your style and portfolio and cost per design (or cost per series of designs with same style - for example: you may create a design for a cocktail party and modify your design a bit to create a design for a baby shower using some of the same design elements).
The more interesting and cutting edge your style, the better!
