Need some colours!

This is a kinda vague request, but ill explain best i can ;)

I'm after a pallete of Japanese colours. Colours that I can give a rough texture to, and will look similar to the ones in much Japanese artwork. They seem to have a pretty narrow range, ie there are no really harsh colours, and they all work with each others. I guess you could call them dusty or pastels. Anyone able to lead me in any direction? I checked the Colorlovers site but had no luck.

I would actually go to some Japanese art sites, and or go to a bookstore and snatch up a couple books on japanese art. Matter of fact I have one floating around here somewhere, it was a good one too. If I find it ill post the title.
